WSET Terms and Conditions

• All WSET course bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all courses must be paid for in advance.
• If you are unable to attend the course dates you have booked you can transfer your place to another person. Please let us know the name of the person who will be attending in your place before the start of the course.
• If you wish to cancel the course dates you have booked and register for a future date, please give us 28 working days notice – you can choose to send a substitute, transfer to another event or receive a credit against a future course. No refunds will be provided.
• In the event of a no-show, no credits or transfers will be provided.
• If you wish to change the exam date of the course you have registered for, there will be a £30 administration fee and you will need to give us at least 15 working days notice. If the request is made within 15 working days notice there may be additional charges to be confirmed at the time of the cancellation.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course. In the event we have to cancel we will offer you a choice of alternative dates. If the alternative date or a credit is not acceptable we will refund payment in full less the cost of the study pack if this has been provided in advance.
• We reserve the right to change the venue of any course to a similar venue in a nearby location.
• All course participants must be aged 18 or over.
